We have bought new land (10 Km away) where our boys and girls already enjoy growing vegetables and soon will also rear animals.

In fact we already provide most of the vegetables (and bananas) we are eating from this new land and we are only using a small part! We are starting soon to improve the lakes and canal to have more fish and to raise some fields to protect the vegetables crops from flooding in the raining season. The children love to go to ‘their land’, they play and clime trees; they feel very important and proud they are ‘making’ the food for themselves and are always excited to see the ‘world outside’.

We need and hope to build a farm house where some of our adults that cannot be fully integrated in the local society will live independently there but always be part of a family, they will sustain themselves and be able to have an income selling some of the products and animals. Obviously we will always give our help and regular monitoring and we are already thinking that we can also have a very small daily school for some of the local disabled children at the entrance of our land.
